[feature request] not using nvidia video engine currently #326

I was using opengl backend and found gnome-twitch not utilizing the video engine. By utilizing the engine, CPU usage is expected to be lowered.

Theoretically it is automatic. GStreamer includes a VDPAU plugin in gstreamer-plugins-bad.
