Microstutters

I'm experiencing microstutters, the video freezes for like 0.5~1 second, the audio plays fine. I went through the quality options and it happens in all of them, the thing is, it only happens when using the GStreamer backends, MPV runs smooth as silk.

Have you had any recent updates to GStreamer or libav? If it's in all GStreamer backends and not in MPV I would suspect it's an issue with GStreamer.

Ive had this issue as well on ubuntu 18.04, on mpv backends it shows buffering and audio cuts out around the same time as it would on gstreamer-opengl. I get the feeling its something to do with twitch low latency stuff. Though it could also be something about my configuration
