Well KDE Neon isn't relevant. Can you just verify with flatpak update everything is up to date?

Did the Cairo backend work at all? I don't know what the status is of OpenGL in Flatpak.

OpenGL can be fine but the driver has to be packaged.

In a fresh installation and after update this happens, the app freeze.
