It is not maintained atm.

Vinszent you should get in contact with the Twire team, they have extensive experience with updating the twitch API to the latest version in their app. I'm pretty certain that the majority of issues with the application currently come from that being 2-3 iterations behind.

If Im finished with some (major) parts of my personal project (involving a youtube-app (aka im going to use some of the gstreamer code in here ;) )), Im going to look into this project. At first glance it should be easy to use Libhandy. Of course the API is currently the bigger problem.

We have Twire on Android, ZTwitch on Windows, but no working unofficial client on Linux ? :/

I think you should fork and let yours become the main repo.

I recommend Streamlink and Streamlink Twitch GUI as an alternative on Linux. I hope the developers come back to the project. Thank you for being part of the GNOME circle.
