Adds a fake USB CDC option that can be used via a standard QEMU chardev.
Should not break anything, only adds functionality.
Yes, appears to work locally.
Still pretty rough around the edges with some of the direct IRQ hacking in cdc_setup.
Longer term... see if it's worth supporting USBIP directly so device-mode guests can be connected to the host.
