Pulls in a few older features into mainline for better/easier branch org

Linked issues:

• Closes #288

• [x] Convert indicator derivatives to GLIndicator base class
• [x] Convert TMC and Allegro drivers to GL Motor base class
• [x] Re-run IWYU to check for extra or missing headers.
• [ ] Add test cases for IPC printers
