[COLOUR] Fixed Detection Bug, Licensing and Device not working

In this Pull Request I fixed the Detection and functionality of Color Devices, by modifying the "Master" Branch by merging it smoothly together with the "Colour" Branch (I recycled the Code from the Colour Branch).

Changes made:

• Changed the Copyright Information in every Document
• Added modified 'FAUXMO_DEVICE_JSON_TEMPLATE[]' Version based on the Master 'templates.h' File to the templates.h File
• Merged functions & declarations from old 'fauxmoESP.cpp' (Colour Branch) together with the 'fauxmoESP.cpp' from the current Master Branch
• Merged 'fauxmoESP.h' (Colour Branch) together with the 'fauxmoESP.h' from the current Master Branch

I may not have time to test in the next day or so, but I'll go ahead and merge it.

Do note though, that I likely will change this a bit soon (In particular the fauxmo.onSetState([] callback function.
