HowTo return an error condition to Alexa ? #97

Walter Steinchen created an issue 2019-07-03 If for whatever reason my physical device has an error/or is not reachable .. how can I return that back, so that Alexa says

f.e. “pink lamp is not reachable”.

When I try this, after a couple seconds I get a response from Alexa like "Pink lamp is not responding" (simply tested by powering down my ESP and telling Alexa to turn on the device)
