use same VinylDNS codebase and container version #51

Addresses issue #49 to run the vinyldns/bin/docker-up-vinyldns.sh script from within a VinylDNS git tag that matches the --version flag passed to the script.

This protects against the possibility that non-backwards-compatible changes have been introduced to vinyldns/bin/docker-up-vinyldns.sh.
