@vinzscam @cmoulliard Implements ServiceAccount mentioned in https://github.com/vinzscam/backstage-chart/issues/9

Have also bumped up the Chart version to save you having to do it @vinzscam later. Additionally, have added an ArtifactHub Change entry annotation which will give a list of things changed when viewed in ArtifactHub.

Example (on a separate Helm Chart I've recently pushed a change to):
