As a user I can contact someone at wine cellar so that I can receive any additional information needed or book a tour

Acceptance criteria:

  1. Responsive and easy to use contact form with necessary fields

  2. A confirmation of message sent

  3. The Wine O'Clock site should prominently display contact information, including phone number, a contact form and/or email address
