Unexpected stop of accepting input for "view one shift"
Behaviour not specified, suddenly stops prompting user for input after 2 invalid tries and user has to do entire command again. Not indicated in UG/DG/displayed messages themselves.
Meanwhile, for command "add shift", it will keep prompting. Inconsistency is quite disorienting for user.

the shifts are unavailable but the prompt only re-appear once, is there any reasoning behind limiting the prompt to 2? maybe can consider prompting until the correct shift is inputted or give the list of available shift on that day.
