RTF Module #746

Not sure how to link a feature requests but here is Add RTF module #561.

Cleaned up the flake8 stuff. Not sure what to do about this travis-ci issue to get the test to complete:

ERROR: /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log is locked by another process

ERROR: Problem with internal logger (UpdateLogFile = /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log).

The command "sudo freshclam" failed and exited with 62 during .
