Weather module #3

Shows current weather and a "do i need a raincoat" kind of icon of user current location.

@IamAiDN had this idea, i'll let him expand on the request when he has the time

I'm proposing a weather module that would display the current weather and a whimsical expression, something similar to This for rainmeter on windows.

at its core it would be a simple "get users location, feed it to a free weather api and return the info" but spruced up a little.

Basic version is up using open weather map. Im not too sure if im happy with it, but i dont know of any free weather api's that dont require api keys
