Can I build with dpdk 19.02 #3

Describe the bug suricata.c at line 202 with dpdk ,without dpdk-include-common.h file in src

and your app must with dpdk-19-02?

there is a template to describe the issue. humbly requesting to use the same.

Based on the question 'suricata.c at line 202 with dpdk ,without dpdk-include-common.h file in src and your app must with dpdk-19-02?' is not clear. requesting to make this clear.

An error occured while making file, dpdk-include-common.h does't exsit in the package.

the file exist in src folder, I am closing this issue. Please reopen with the details requested as part of issue template.
