Cannot upgrade to version 2024.3.2-667 - Cannot retrieve package "LabVIEW Project Dependency Support Software 2024 Q1" #18

I cannot upgrade to version 2024.3.2-667 form version 2024.3.0-661. When launching the upgrade process, NI Package manager returns the following error:

NIPackageManager_t34ZiePNxf

This seems to be related to https://github.com/vipm-io/dragon-desktop/issues/15
