Improvement: on double-click, open VI's block diagram, not front panel #11

Currently, front panel of the VI is opened, when user double-clicks on the list of tests. Instead, maybe it'll be more handy to open block diagram. Because if test fails, we'd like to see first of all block diagram, not front panel of the test step.
