This pull request implements fixes for #46 and #48.

Issue #46 Run on class that was previously failing - no longer stuck in infinite loop. Run on valid test class - correctly returns class hierarchy.

Issue #48 Not tested - minor change and just changes output handling - the logic is performed inside the VIs.
