Rinkeby vipnode #2

love you push this topic forward! It would be super great if I could try this out on the Rinkeby testnet - I usually test things there and only go to main-net if I really have to. Would like to add support for this in WallETH (Android Ethereum Wallet - https://walleth.org ) - but not really happy with spending real money for test-transactions and spamming the main-net. Do you think it would be possible to have a incentivized light-server for rinkeby?

Sounds like a good idea, I'll add it to the list of things to investigate! Would you be interested in hosting the Rinkeby full node?

Unfortunately I am really bad with caring for servers (one reason I am in the ethereum space - the hope is you do not need to here) - perhaps we can dual-use a node of @karalabe ?

The current beta is on Rinkeby (announcement on Medium), so this can probably be closed.

This one is not quite done. The payment contract is on Rinkeby, but the pool is setup for Mainnet nodes. I believe ligi needs Rinkeby nodes to connect to with a Rinkeby light client for testing.

@veox Yea I can tell it's confusing. Let me know if you have any suggestion for phrasing. Going to be revamping the main vipnode.org landing page to promote v2 soon, so I'll be working on fresh copy.
