docs: Mention firewall requirements #9

From a user:

I had to open up port 30301 in Windows firewall. You might want to mention that in your setup instructions. It seems that when you start geth in Windows for the first time, it prompts you to open the firewall, and if you say Yes, it opens up port 30303, but not 30301.
