不能访问TWITTER，CHROME出现The site's security certificate is not trusted! #218

You attempted to reach www.twitter.com, but the server presented a certificate 
issued by an entity that is not trusted by your computer's operating system. 
This may mean that the server has generated its own security credentials, which 
Google Chrome cannot rely on for identity information, or an attacker may be 
trying to intercept your communications.
You cannot proceed because the website operator has requested heightened 
security for this domain.

GAE需要要手动导入伪造证书， wiki里提到；
C4不用导入伪造证书

GAE已动导入，TWITTER不能访问 FACEBOOK正常

导入应当是失败的或者是和其它冲突的；
Facebook默认是直接访问，不经过GAE的
