cloudfoundry好像用不了了 #436

RUBY还可以用命令行登录cloudfoundry，应用网址也存在，但是一�
��开应用的网址就显示404 NOT 
FOUND，本以为是应用代码丢失了，后来再上传了一次还是同样
的结果。

请问cloudfoundry是出了限制条件还是其他问题

There is a possibility that your application will be in the stopped state after 
the maintenance window has passed. If this happens to your application, 
restarting it is as simple as running:

vmc start APPNAME
at your command line.
