Refine calculation for fuel usage estimates

Raise estimated fuel amount to next 5 litre amount.

Calculate number of pit stops required - needs to know fuel tank limit.

Done.

Issue - is not all cars are rounded to nearest 5 litres.

eg: the Chevrolet Silverado seems to allow amounts that are rounded by a non integer amount - possibly an imperial metric offsets.
