Modify ignore incidents to only incidents by drivers in X positions #100

In races where lots of incidents you can get too many incidents in your replay and highlights and loose focus on your preferred driver. It would be good to be able to say only show incidents for driver position 1-5 (as a variable) and possibly even a option to show if incident count is 2 or 4 to remove minor off tracks

Plus always show incidents for preferred driver.

Found was running older version. Will retest
