Add a team name to driver's names #43

Currently the application does not support team drivers - names selected are not the current active driver, nor is there any display of current team.

I think this has been partially amended with iRacing changing how they output the driver names. I have noticed that although it does not show team names atm, it does show different driver names if there has been a driver change through the event, and is showing the proper driver in the car at the time of focusing on the vehicle.

Perhaps a stop-gap to this would be to show team names only in the qualifying and final results boards, whilst keeping just the driver names during the race itself?
