When trying to install the latest Vipoo I get the folling error:

Hi there,

I am sorry, but I am not sure this application will work for you.

It appears you are trying to install Replay Director Application onto a 32bit version of windows vista. The application has been installed on windows 7 and windows 8. As I dont have windows Vista, I can not test the installation.

Also - i very much doubt you will get the application to work on a 32bit version of windows.

I am sorry, bit if u are able to upgrade to windows 7 64x - or have another computer with win7 64x, then it should work ok for you.

Thanks Dean. I have loaded it on a Win7 64bit system and it works to some extent. Do you have a list of error codes and what they mean in layman's terms? For example I am getting the error: "Index was outside the bounds of the array"

I have no clue what that means.

Hi ConRollins,

I am sorry you have had an error - Please send me the log files the application creates (they should be in the your video folder), there should be a general.log and a capture log (the capture log may be called capture.log, or it may have been renamed as per your capture video file ) - I am not sure where the application has failed, so not sure what log files it may have created.

Once I get the log files, I can have a look as to where in the code its crashed, and hopefully give you a workaround or get the issue fixed.

Hi - since i haven't heard for you in a while -- not sure if you worked around your issue or not .

Gonna close this issue - please reopen if you have some log files you want to send me.
