We should edit an agreement's productDescription when it's suspended and reactivated #3

We should edit an agreement's productDescription when it's suspended and reactivated.

When suspended we should add text saying when it will end so it's not confusing for the user in the Vipps app. The reverse applies to when a subscription is reactivated.
