Input Data Loader

Main Function: Loads Pedestrian Set files into ENTITY_SET

Needed Functionality:

  1. Parse input file into an ENTITY_SET

1. input_json_reader

Status: Needs Testing Specific Function: reads JSON input files

2. input_xml_reader

Status: Not Implemented Specific Function: reads XML input files
