Support Behat 3.0 #14

Hi! I need this for a mini-project in the work. There is any plan on when this will be a thing?

Also interested in what is the plan, tasks that should be done and some guidance in where I should start to check in order to make this happen.

I don't have a timeline for this, but I would prefer to do it after #11.

Ok, I will start playing with this a little to make an idea of what is needed. and wait for that PR in order to commit anything.

I'm a bit concerned about this because I don't really know the changes from Behat 2 to 3 so It may take a while until you know something else from me. :p
