Setup needs to be automated, use of ansible is preferred for this purpose.

Download/Install/Setup all the requirements for the OS:
- python==3.5
- postgres
- gunicorn
- nginx
Python Libraries:
- python-dateutil
- scrapy

Note: List might need to be modified.
