What is currently being recorded into the notes as Grant investigator can probably be recorded under the donation_earmark column
The rest of the notes can probably go into the intended_use_of_funds column
And then the notes column can be set to null

There is a Grant period which I believe can be used to infer/compute an intended_funding_timeframe_in_months
The goal can be put in the intended_use_of_funds column
The Project lead can be used as donation_earmark
It should be possible to fill in affected_states and affected_cities for many grants. Also, maybe we can assume affected_countries for all grants is United States?
