Refresh GoFundMe grants for EA Hotel #136

Also rename "EA Hotel" -> "Centre for Enabling EA Learning & Research"

I suggest holding off on the rename within DLW until the upstream rename gets finalized.

Good point @riceissa but I already made the change on DLW (unlike Open Phil it's referenced relatively little so it was relatively easy to update).
