Investigate feasibility of importing, and then import, grants data for Atlantic Philanthropies into Donations List Website #3

Grants at http://www.atlanticphilanthropies.org/grants. Seems like a huge list that would be hard to download in a single pass, but should be doable by e.g. selecting years one by one.

You can also look for better sources of a list of all grants, or contact them to ask.

It might be good to wait to add these until filters are finalized.
