Import Children's Investment Fund Foundation grants data into DLW

After expanding the collapsed sections a few times, you get to the actual grants. Clicking on them takes you to a page explaining the grant.

Some challenges:

• I couldn't figure out who exactly the "donee" is. They talk of partners and investments/partnerships.

https://www.evidenceaction.org/our-financials/ lists some grants from CIFF, so checking if those are reproduced is a good sanity check.

My guess is that the "Partners" field is the grantees, but many grant pages list multiple partners and only one amount. There is also an "Other funders" field that confuses me; does the amount listed include money from these other funders, or just from CIFF?

Overall I'm not sure what to do about this. Should the donee field for our donations table be a concatenation of the "Partners" listed? Should we try to disaggregate how much went to each organization?
