Some cause areas not showing up in graph/CSV (possible bug) #74

On August 20, I noticed that at https://donations.vipulnaik.com/donor.php?donor=Gwern+Branwen#donorDonationAmountsByCauseAreaAndYear the graph wasn't displaying all the cause areas.

Here is what the graph looked like at the time:

Here is what the underlying CSV looked like:

Year|Life sciences|Total
2012|50|50
2015|50|50
Total|100|100

i.e. the cause areas weren't making it through to the CSV.

Strangely, though, checking on the page now, the graph seems fine.
