[feature-request] show markdown tables #48

I see that currently markdown tables are ignored from the map view, and it would be great to be able to see them. However, I do realize that the original markmap project also does not support it, so it is probably not easy to get it to work here. Maybe one alternative is to have the table appear as a tooltip as you hover over the node that has a table. If Markdown allows tooltips, then maybe this is achievable.
