hi sir： i got amplicon1.png.but it is a line graph.how can i get cycles graph? i really could not understand how to use the flask. sorry so much. thank you.

You can upload the amplicon1_cycles.txt file and the amplicon1.png files to either genomequery.ucsd.edu:8800, or by running flask locally. It seems like you are still looking at the old README. The new updated README is slightly more readable: https://github.com/virajbdeshpande/AmpliconArchitect
