Mainly helminths, protozoa, which returned fuzzy matches with NCBI. Currently their higher taxonomic categories are listed as "". Future issue to sort - requires manual harmonisation

If you can drop a file of these I'd love to confirm whether this is the Julia case sensitive issue again, since - if they're returning fuzzy matches - that implies they haven't been run through a case insensitive pipeline?

Will do. These missing ones are produced by vdict(), so it's the same issue I think?

oh weird, vdict doesn't call julia. If you drop even a few of those names here I'll just dig in
