the current file structure loses all the non-species (host/virus) names #18

e.g., "betacoronavirus" records would be lost. I think I need to add a csv.gz, maybe inside a .zip, of the full file

oh! because they should be the taxid's. those are unique and lowest-resolved

this will lose the non-resolved names in the split files, and that's okay
