Remove VIRION-SRA and update Readme #52

Temporary fix pushed in 8654517c75e44b25e573cb65aef76d01f42b180a while we decide the fate of VIRION-SRA. When/if it's reintroduced, it should probably be done in the format of a separate VIRION-SRA.csv file. This also leads to the removal of the "VirusFlagContaminant" field, which has been done at the end of the workflow and not upstream - should probably be an upstream fix later depending on what we decide.
