Request redraws when the state of a dial changes. #19

Whenever a value gets set on a dial request a update of the widget. In some cases we also need to recalculate the LED ring updates so call the internal update function with a zero offset in this case.

This might fix #16 as well? I don't have my kemper to hand to be able to test this.
