-Gizmo entities updated to avatar entities -Added lifetime of 300 seconds for gizmo etities + interval updater -Added righthand distance checker -Changed renderLayer to front -Dont scale gizmo to grabbed entity dimension

Tested on K2 and 2020.05.25-K3-Quantum.

seems to work as intended, not tested with multiple users.
