New Application: Material Data Creator #27

This adds the "Material Data Creator" tools to the "More" app repository.

The tool lets you create materials with a live preview. From this, you can generate a material entity or generate a .json file that can be used in Material entities.

Note: The serverless domain that can be used with this tool will need to be tested immediately when deployed. (Since it contains absolute URL and we don't support relative URL for now.)

Note: If someone could review the different texts, I would appreciate this. Mainly the Description in the file metadata.js and the content of the help.

No code dependencies on a specific release. So this can be deployed anytime.

This is supporting now opacityMapMode and opacityCutOff

So I know you said you were not interested in being paid for this. But i am still willing to put money into this. There's some other changes I'd like to bounty for the create app as well if you're interested. I'm going to do a very big write-up on it next week. Thank you for all the work you've put into this, I've been testing it for a few days and it is a major improvement.
