This PR add an update and 2 new application to the More app.
1- Material Data Creator (Upgrade)
Add the generation of the material formatted for fst.
Better management of the default values.

2- Places (new)
This is an alternative to the EXPLORE app, with ability to support multiple Metaverse Servers.
it's possible to add Metaverse Servers url, but there is also a federation.json file containing a list of known Metaverse Servers. Vircadia's MS is the first item of that list, so if someone use this tool while connected to another MS, Vircadia's MS will be systematically visible as a federated MS.
NOTE: the second item of the federation.json list is the "Overte" MS. If this is causing issue for any reason, I could remove it from the list. (Just let me know).
3- Odometer (new)
A very small tool to record the distance done by your avatar. (Useful to calculate the distance of irregular virtual path or roads)
