Add distribution symlinks #44

This PR adds symlinks for distributions using a supported package base. The supported platforms like has been rearranged accordingly. Closes #35 I also removed Ubuntu 19.10, as support for it ended in July 2020 and added a note to Amazon Linux 2.

Hmm, you removed Ubuntu 16.04, is that intentional? Though it's old, probably doesn't work, and support is ending soon anyway.
