"RELEASE_NAME" environment variable prompt needs to be added. #81

What name would that be? What are we asking for, what's the default value, and how is it used?

The release name would be "Eos" or "Selene" for example, it goes into the title bar and also into packaged executable names as well if I remember correctly.
