Pr/72 updates #105

This can't be properly reviewed until after PR72 is merged. However, this does not change much other than sprucing things up and bringing in files/links that are on old links.

That was a large PR overall though, I didn't give it a full line-by-line look over but I did catch some small things.

Well we can update the scripts to be linked from the vircadia-content S3 in a follow-up PR, I just wanted to get them out of the High Fidelity glitch.me's since we've no idea when those are going to disappear. :)
