Update documentation for avatar tools. #176

Removed the notes mentioning crashing issues of the create tool on external monitors. Additionally removed the mention of Fuse from the docs as well. There's a link to a Fuse tutorial in the docs that should be removed from the docs entirely. https://docs.vircadia.com/create/avatars/fuse-tutorial.html

You should also remove the entire fuse page as well from the repository.
