Create > 3D Models: we support gLTF in addition to FBX and OBJ #19

First paragraph erroneously says we support only FBX and OBJ.

Update here and check rest of page and user docs for similar.

This has already been updated, but there are a great many other documentation updates that need to be done. :)

Dev meeting: seems to be just missing at https://docs.vircadia.dev/create/3d-models.html

The rest of the docs look fine

At least create/avatars/custom-animations.rst and create/avatars/find-avatars.rst need updating as well.
