Upon generating the user docs, the build docs will get pulled in from the main repo before the actual build generation takes place.

One issue is that they currently have relative paths (from the repo) instead of absolute paths, so the links are broken in the docs. Absolute paths are only troublesome while you make changes to them (if you make any at all!), but are likely ultimately necessary given the prominence of documentation in readable and accessible formats.
